The United States Embassy of Warsaw is pleased to announce a new service to the Visa Information Service.
This new service will replace the previous process for groups and will allow authorized groups interested in traveling to the United States to receive information and schedule appointments.
Authorized participating organizations or groups are allowed to schedule multiple appointments for 5 or more non-family members in one transaction.
The Group Appointment Program is ONLY AVAILABLE to organizations that have been authorized by the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw.
(from Wojewodships: Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Lodzkie, Lubelskie, Lubuskie, Mazowieckie, Podlaskie, Pomorskie, Warminsko-Mazurskie, Wielokpolskie, and Zachodniopomorskie).
There are two ways of scheduling Group appointments:
Once the U.S. Embassy of Warsaw has authorized an organization or group, authorization to utilize the Group Appointment System will be granted. The group representative should access the web site: www.visagroup.pl, log in and then choose one the ways of making the payment: ATTENTION: Beginning April 26, 2010, the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw and U.S. Consulate in Krakow will begin using the Department of State’s new online Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application Form, also known as the DS-160, which replaces all previous visa forms (DS-156, DS-157, and DS-158) After May 24, 2010, only the new form will be accepted. Please have the DS-160 confirmation number available to schedule an appointment if you want to have an interview after May 24. If you have not completed the DS-160 form, please visit the U.S. Embassy Website at http://poland.usembassy.gov/.

In order to access the service to schedule group appointments, your organization or group must be authorized by the U.S. Embassy of Warsaw. To request authorization please contact the Embassy via email at Groupswrw@state.gov.

You can schedule an appointment by calling the information service line.
You will be asked to provide some necessary information of all the members of your group such as first name, last name, passport number, date of birth and telephone number. Before making the call, please be sure to have all this information along with paper and pen.
